Dickman Adarkwah studied Economics and Sociology in the University of Cape-Coast, Business IT in AITI-KACE, and International MBA in Hochschule Anhalt. He has since taken interest in Business development, Project management, Public relations and ICT & Entrepreneurship.
He has substantial skills in research, customer service, office administration, business development, budget management, event management, public speaking, and IT & entrepreneurship.
Dickman served at the Office of Parliament of Ghana where he gained much experience in working with different levels of authority and also had the opportunity to monitor and evaluate road & bridge construction projects in many remote areas of Ghana. He diligently worked to satisfy management and co-workers and was chosen as the first Local Communication Union Chairman at Teletech Ghana. Dickman was subsequently contracted as business development consultant to help the Business Development Unit of the Ghana India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT to plan and execute its Innovation Week program and to support its training programmes. He tirelessly worked together with the team that established Youth Economic Dialogue (YED); a Non-Governmental Organisation devoted to creating platforms for youth entrepreneurship and promoting Good Governance and Civic Leadership. As Events Director for YED, He supports the country director in building relationship with government, companies and private philanthropists in Ghana.
Dickman worked with Global Solutions Limited, a member of the Inlaks group and sole distributor of Temenos T24 in West-Africa. He helped the Inlaks team add many new logos to its client base. He worked with NetGuardians, a Swiss company providing an Enterprise Fraud Detection & Prevention platform for financial institutions to effectively detect and prevent fraud, in real-time.
Dickman Currently works as an Executive Director for a company he co-founded to deliver value in IT Consulting , Training, Software Development and Systems Integration.
