Mr. Kofi Essilfie Koomson is an Architect and a Chartered Project Manager who has distinguished himself in his profession. A personality worth emulating, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Post Graduate diploma both in Architecture. He is a chartered architect with the Ghana Institute of Architects and a chartered project manager with the Project Management Institute, USA.
In 2007, he co-founded The Built Environ PM, a project management consultancy and development firm with a team of associated consultants to help clients deliver quality on building, construction and development projects in time and within costs. He currently serves as the consulting director with the company. He is also the principal consultant of Verde Consulting Architects, an architectural consulting firm focused on delivering sustainable and environmentally friendly architectural design solutions.
An avid entrepreneur, he has partnered with a number of business concerns/persons on projects, products and services and continues to set high standards in his fields of endeavor. Among such thriving (and also start-up) business concerns are ACE media, an emerging media/PR organization whose mission is to provide and disseminate-information and PR services particularly in the construction industry, and Dz’Laise TG, a tour company.
Having worked as a professional for over 17 years in and outside Ghana, Kofi Koomson has garnered experience in multiple architectural and development projects examples being the residency, Embassy of the Netherlands, TF Hostel (University of Ghana), GET Fund School Projects, Head Office – HCI, Residential Apartment complexes, bank offices, among others.
