The Power Of Focus -Prophet Bernard ElBernard Nelson Eshun

One of the reasons why people do not succeed is because of their broken focus. Anything that can be equated to yourself is very expensive. You can never become anything great when you are not focused. No one has achieved anything meaningful in life being busy here and there.

No matter the multiple things you can do, there is always one thing you need to do before the rest of the things follow. Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can be achieved. It takes time and effort to learn how to consciously focus your mind. You will fail many times but make that conscious effort to master it.

Focus is power. The more you focus, the more powerful you become. The mind is a creator and also a distractor. You need to learn to stand at the controls and point it in the right direction of your goals and aspirations. Eliminate distractions on your path to greatness. You attract and become what you constantly focus on.

Set clear goals and strategies to achieve your goals. This helps you have a clear picture of what you need to do and make it easier to focus and eventually perform the necessary actions. Stop procrastinating and get back on track when you slip.

Your ability to be disciplined in your quest to achieving your goal or becoming who you have to become will usher you into a new dimension of greatness. When you know what you want to achieve or become, you learn how to deal with distractions.

Guard your time. Develop a culture that encourages your focus flow. Focus is your personal power; immerse in it. Focus on your priorities, map out your day or your schedule. Focus on the end results. Even when things don’t seem to go your way, keep reminding yourself why achieving your set goals will make your life better. When you master the power of focus, in no time you will become the focus.

Focus on the present also. Even if you get off track from pursuing your goal, remember that tomorrow is another day. Focus on the positive things that you can do in the future; not on what you failed to do yesterday.

Focus on your strengths. Make sure the goal you set is something you are good at or can become proficient overtime. Everyone has some things that they are good at, find your own nitch.

Focus increases your willpower and self-belief in accomplishing your goals. You will get what you want when you stop making excuses on why you don’t have all it takes. Focus on one goal at a time. Having multiple goals spread out your focus and makes it less likely that you’ll complete any of the goals.

Write down all that you want to accomplish. Be specific about your goals and then take action available to begin moving towards what you want. Maintain a paradigm of focus and watch how things turn out for you.
